Hey y'all! Just starting out here. It's so weird to have a completely blank slate to write whatever you want, and to hopefully have people take interest in it. As you may have read in my bio, I'm a recent college graduate. I currently work at a newspaper in MA, and I love it, but it doesn't leave much room for creativity.
My boyfriend is Jason James (to all of you who make your living online, he's a pretty well-known internet marketer). Listening to what he does everyday made me take an interest in this whole world of being connected with others online. I was previously one of those people who wondered why anyone would want more than 100 myspace friends, and why they'd accept friend requests from people they didn't know. Now I understand... it's all about networking. Jason makes his living through networking and creating contacts through which he can promote products.
While I don't have any products to promote, or ways to make you millions of dollars... I think I just may have ways to SAVE you hundreds, through my love of finding unbelievable bargains. Honestly, I'm so proud of myself after I find something great I'm surprised I don't leave the price tag on. I was sick of seeing those comparison photos in magazines like Glamour, putting a high- fashion outfit next to an "affordable" outfit. The "affordable" outfit boasted a $50-100 shirt rather than the $500-1,000 one listed. I don't know about you guys, but that still doesn't fit in my budget.
So I began going on quests to find similar products that fit MY budget (you'd never see me spend more than $50 on ANYTHING, trust me. Just the other day I was telling Jason that I hardly ever spend more than $20 on any one given item.) And I don't think that anyone should have to go to yard sales or thrift shops to find great deals, either. I used to not want to tell anyone when I was in high school or college where I got things, because I knew they'd go get it, too. Now that I'm out of college I feel compelled to share my finds with everyone!
Stick with me and you'll be finding styles you saw in magazines for ridiculous prices. My hobby is your gain!
